Shipping

Custom-made orders typically take between 6-8 weeks to create. Readymade orders will ship within one week.

All domestic orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.

We ship worldwide using USPS International Priority Mail. You are responsible for all customs duties + taxes that your country expects you to pay to receive your item. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". Please note we are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Once the package has been scanned in by the carrier, it is no longer the responsibility of Blank Cass. Should you have any issues, questions, or concerns about your order once it is in transit, please contact USPS or your local shipping authority directly.

Items shipped via USPS Priority Mail are insured by USPS for up to $100.00. If you would like to add additional insurance to your shipment, email hello@blankcass.com prior to placing your order. Additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Returns or exchanges are not accepted on any of our one-of-a-kind creations. This includes both readymade and custom pieces.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order for a one-of-a-kind piece before it ships, it will be subject to a $20 processing fee.

Should you decide to cancel a 'Supply Your Own' order for any reason, the $100 deposit is non-refundable.

Alterations

Alterations are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you have a garment that needs additional alterations, please email inquiries to hello@blankcass.com.
